Our story

Over a decade of craft.
Now in the United States.

Supremo Instrumentos is a 100% Brazilian company, founded in 2012, combining tradition in metalwork with modern manufacturing technology. We specialize in surgical instruments for medical and dental applications — surgery, implantology, periodontics, and aesthetics.

Our products are developed alongside a team of scientific consultants highly trained in medical and dental engineering. This consulting and supervision is what guarantees the precision, durability, and anatomical comfort behind every Supremo instrument.

In 2026, after more than a decade as one of the leading surgical-instrument manufacturers in Brazil, we are bringing the Supremo standard to oral surgeons and dental specialists across the United States.

How we build them

Every instrument, four stages of craft

From raw stainless bar to surgical-ready instrument — same process, every piece, every time.

1

Precision Forging

AISI 420 stainless bars are drop-forged and CNC-shaped in our Brazilian facility, then heat-treated to 56 HRC hardness.

2

Hand Finishing

Each working surface is hand-polished to a mirror finish by master artisans — the step we have never automated.

3

Individual Inspection

Every piece is dimensionally verified, tip-tested, and quality-stamped before it joins inventory.

4

Pack & Ship

Kits are packed into autoclave-safe stainless cassettes. Single instruments ship in protective sleeves.

Quality & Standards

Compliance and craft, certified.

Supremo instruments meet the regulatory and quality standards required for surgical use.
