Easy Graft

The Easy Graft device features two pillars and an acrylic support to exert symmetrical and bilateral pressure. The 0.4mm incision line at the base was millimetrically and histologically calculated for uniform removal of the epithelium, preserving the lamina propria and submucosa. It should be used with a new #11 blade. The epithelium should be positioned at the lowest part of the device for linear and efficient removal.
